M9 Solutions is seeking an Oracle Application Developer/Programmer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

- Supports the reduction of a large backlog of pending change requests to the client's grants management system and associated portal applications.

- Develops and maintains a grants management system with a focus on modernization, enhancements, interoperability, reusability, security, privacy, and system interface requirements.

- Collaborates with client personnel to ensure requirements are captured and achieved.

- Drives excellence in software application development and maintenance.

- Utilizes Java and Oracle skills and technologies.

- Designs, codes, and tests software applications for various platforms such as mobile, web, and desktop.

- Provides application testing services to validate system changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical training, certification(s), or degree required.

- 5+ years of related experience.

- Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, and Java.

- Must be able to pass a background check.

Salary Range

$70,000—$80,000 USD
