As a Salesforce Developer, your duties will include designing and developing scalable end-to-end solutions, conducting thorough code reviews prior to deployment, and maintaining system health by resolving technical issues. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate complex requirements into robust Salesforce enhancements using best practices. You will ensure that all developments undergo rigorous testing and deployment processes. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will frequently interact with stakeholders and issue reporters to thoroughly understand business pain points and convey clear technical solutions. You will be part of a collaborative, talented, and growing team in a supportive environment. If you love to learn, share knowledge, and build scalable systems using modern Salesforce technologies while having fun, this is an opportunity you can’t miss.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Processing, REST Services) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable technical designs while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
- Partner with functional teams, business analysts, and senior developers across agile sprints to deliver high-quality end-to-end features.
- Build and manage enterprise integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Perform peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and write comprehensive Unit Tests (Apex & LWC) to maintain strong code coverage and platform health.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues across custom applications and core salesforce configurations.
- Create clear technical design documentation, participate in CI/CD pipeline deployments (Git/Salesforce DX), and keep up-to-date with seasonal Salesforce releases.
