About the role
About Fullscript
We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.
That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care.
The Opportunity
Fullscript offers co-op placements across a range of teams and functions. This general application is for students who are excited to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful work, and explore where they can make the biggest impact during their placement.
Our teams work on high-impact projects that support practitioners, patients, and the overall Fullscript platform. Depending on the role and team, co-op students may contribute to product development, operations, data, design, customer experience, business functions, and more. You’ll have the chance to learn how work moves from idea to execution, collaborate with experienced teammates, and build practical skills in a fast-paced environment.
At Fullscript, co-op students are treated as real contributors from day one. You’ll gain meaningful hands-on experience, receive support and mentorship, and get exposure to how a growing company operates. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a paid co-op opportunity open to students who are legally eligible to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) in Canada (preferably Ottawa, ON) for at least a 4 month term (Winter 2027). We’re looking for curious, motivated, dependable students who enjoy solving problems, learning quickly, and working with others to do great work.
What does a co-op student do here?
- Contribute to real projects that support your team’s goals and priorities
- Collaborate with teammates across functions and learn how work gets done in a growing company
- Build practical skills through day-to-day experience, feedback, and mentorship
- Participate in team meetings, planning, and shared problem-solving
- Take ownership of assigned work and help move projects forward
- Explore different areas of interest and gain broader exposure where possible
- Take part in the full workplace experience, including onboarding, regular check-ins, mentorship, and learning opportunities
