Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and efficient systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development

Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects to ensure timely delivery

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements

Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in design, coding, and testing

Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security

Manage team performance, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews

Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Ensure effective communication across teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of software development experience

-

2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams

-

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Experience with system design, architecture, and scalable applications
