RoleBlip is a free job board for tech roles (software, AI and machine learning, research, infrastructure, data and security) built only from employers' own job boards. Every listing is read straight from the company's careers site or applicant tracking system, re-checked every day, and removed when the employer takes it down. Pay is shown wherever the employer publishes it, and every Apply button goes to the employer's own application page.
Updated November 7, 2026: 66,957 open roles from 6,809 companies, 44.3% with posted pay.
RoleBlip is a job board for people looking for tech work: software engineering, machine learning and AI engineering, inference and ML systems, research, infrastructure and SRE, data engineering, data science and security. It only lists roles taken directly from employers' own job boards, so every role is real, current and posted by the company that is hiring. There are no staffing agencies, no recruiters reposting the same job, and no sponsored listings pushed above better matches. Each role appears once, with the employer's own description, the pay range when the employer publishes one, and a link to apply on the employer's site. Searching, filtering and applying are free and never need an account.
Every role is read from the hiring company's own job board: its careers site, or the applicant tracking system behind it, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workday. A board is only added after checking that the company's official careers page links to it, so listings can't come from look-alike or third-party copies. RoleBlip does not take listings from staffing agencies or other job boards. Roles are tagged by type, level, location and work type as they come in, and the same role posted for several cities is shown once with its locations combined.
RoleBlip re-checks every role on the employer's board each day. If a role is missing from the employer's board on two checks in a row, it is marked closed and leaves search results; its page stays up with a clear “closed” notice so links don't break. People who saved a role are told on their dashboard when it closes.
Yes, whenever the employer publishes them. RoleBlip shows the base salary range exactly as the employer posts it, and 44.3% of the roles listed today include one. Equity and bonus are not included, and when an employer doesn't post pay, RoleBlip says so instead of estimating. The pay by company page shows the median posted base range per company, role and city.
RoleBlip ran the same 18 AI/ML job searches on LinkedIn and compared the results. On LinkedIn, 26.7% of results weren't AI/ML roles, 3.3% came from staffing agencies or reposters, 8.4% were duplicates, and 18.7% showed pay. On RoleBlip, every role comes from the employer's own board, each role is listed once, and 44.3% show pay. The full method and numbers are on the comparison page.

Yes. Searching every role, filtering and applying are free and don't need an account. A free account, made with just an email address, adds saved roles with closed-role alerts, résumé-based matches and an AI assistant that searches and compares roles for you.
Yes. Search pages are plain, server-rendered pages that assistants can read, and /llms.txt explains how to build a search link, for example ML engineer roles in New York paying $200K or more. /llms-full.txt adds posted pay by role, city and company.
