Mission

The mission of this role is to build and extend Caylent's internal AI-native platform, spanning process automation, GenAI/agentic tooling (built on AWS Bedrock), and delivery enablement, while maintaining the services that power it. As a key member of our Builders team, you'll collaborate closely with teammates and temporary collaborators, sharing knowledge and mentoring others while directly addressing the needs of internal stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement backend solutions for core services using Python and Terraform.

- Build and extend GenAI/agentic solutions (RAG, tool-calling agents, evaluation loops) on AWS Bedrock as part of our platform stack.

- Contribute to frontend interfaces (React/Vite) for the tools and platforms you help build.

- Optimize and maintain cloud native applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
