Who you’ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps engineering team, drive delivery excellence, and provide technical leadership across multiple client engagements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and security with proven people-management and client relationship skills. This role requires the ability to make sound technical and staffing decisions, guide cloud and DevOps architecture, and ensure reliable, automated, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions across projects.

The Manager will own team delivery outcomes, development, performance management, and team growth, while actively contributing to project execution, client discussions, and presales solutioning.

- People Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, manage, and grow a DevOps engineering team while establishing team development plans, coaching emerging leads, and fostering a collaborative culture.

- Drive effective resource planning, staffing, and skill development aligned with evolving client and business needs.

- DevOps & Cloud Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership across AWS, GCP, and Azure engagements to guide cloud adoption, deployment strategies, and infrastructure architecture. Partner with cross-functional teams to make sound technical decisions, mitigate risks, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and automated solutions.
