About You

We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about architecting and implementing highly scalable, reliable, and observable systems to join our team.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be a technical leader building the digital backbone that powers our economy. You will combine your technical leadership with mission-driven impact.

You will lead the application development process focusing on technical strategy, people management, and operational excellence; along with a strong partnership with Product Management, User Experience and Data Scientists.

- Deliver Customer Value at Speed: Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive, seamless user experiences.

- Ensure Operational Reliability: Freight never stops, and neither do we. You will champion operational best practices, including rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, to maintain high availability and performance for our mission-critical services.
