Job Title: Senior AI Developer

At Coforge, we are hiring Senior AI Developer (#006fu00000QeELXAA3-15) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

-

Design and develop MCP Servers and integrations with enterprise tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and Artifactory.

-

Build Agentic AI workflows for code reviews, ticket automation, pipeline triage, and release management.

-

Implement RAG, embeddings, and semantic search to improve AI context and response quality.

-

Develop secure AI solutions with authentication, authorization, guardrails, and policy enforcement.

-

Build evaluation, monitoring, and observability capabilities for AI systems and agents.

-

Develop cloud-native services using Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

-

Collaborate with Product, Platform, Security, and AI SRE teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

-

3–5+ years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or enterprise applications.

-

Strong programming skills in Python and Go.

-

Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Ray.

-

Experience with DevOps tools, including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ArgoCD, and Artifactory.

-

Knowledge of APIs, authentication, access control, and secure software development.

Preferred Skills

-

Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) services.

-

Knowledge of AI Security, guardrails, red teaming, and AI evaluations.

-

Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

-

Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.

-

Contributions to open-source AI or DevOps projects.
