What You’ll Do

- Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to define effective solution approaches

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and CCC-approved design standards

- Design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions

- Evaluate existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes that align with business objectives

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performing detailed root-cause analysis and driving timely resolution

- Assess requirements and provide recommendations on scope, development effort, and technical feasibility

- Research, evaluate, and introduce new tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution quality

- Perform architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure maintainable and scalable implementations

- Participate in sprint planning, project planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies

- Provide regular updates during daily Scrum meetings and status reporting

What You Bring

- Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in core platform capabilities

- Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
