Position Summary

Harness is seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead the team building the Harness Cl platform, the cloud-based foundation powering Continuous Integration (CI). This is a unique opportunity to lead engineers building one of the industry's most scalable cloud-native execution platforms, responsible for securely orchestrating build infrastructure across thousands of virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, and bare-metal systems.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a highly technical engineering team responsible for architecting, scaling, securing, and operating the CI platform that powers millions of build executions. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Cloud Infra, SRE, Customer Success, and Principal Engineers to deliver highly available infrastructure that enables developers worldwide to build software faster, more securely, and at massive scale.

This role is ideal for leaders who have built and delivered highly distributed large scale B2B SaaS/PaaS services, enjoy solving complex distributed systems challenges, growing high-performing engineering teams, and remaining deeply engaged in technical architecture and execution.
