Dan Shiebler (CTO) led all AI and machine learning at Abnormal AI, the pioneer of behavior-based detection, spent five years building analytics using machine learning and vector databases at Twitter, and holds a PhD in machine learning from Oxford.

Job Overview

Artemis ingests and analyzes exabytes of streaming data from cloud platforms, identity providers, network logs, and more. We’re building a new, large-scale data platform from the ground up - and we’re looking for exceptional Software Engineers to help shape and build it. You’ll work alongside engineers who architected some of the world’s biggest distributed systems.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership. You’ll work across critical parts of the system - from customer-facing experiences to large-scale data and analytics infrastructure - depending on your strengths and the problems at hand.

You will help define architecture, make key technical decisions, and drive projects from concept through production. This role is for engineers who are comfortable operating in ambiguity, care deeply about quality, and want to build systems that matter.

Responsibilities

- Own and deliver major product and platform initiatives - Design, build, and ship end-to-end features and systems that power Artemis’ detection, analytics, and customer experience.

- Build and scale distributed systems - Work on services and pipelines that ingest, process, and analyze massive volumes of security telemetry with high reliability and performance.
