About Us
Atlas is built for oncologists by oncologists. We provide practices with the staff, contracts, and toolkit they need to deliver whole person care to their cancer patients. Our value-based approach to care delivery aligns incentives, offering patients better outcomes, payors guaranteed reduction in medical expense, and provider partners greater financial independence. We are on a mission to deliver the type of cancer care that we all want and deserve.
Role Description
At Atlas, we believe every provider should have access to the best tools and resources to deliver personalized support to their patients as they navigate a complex healthcare system. We are seeking an experienced Network Development Manager to own the growth of our cadre of oncology practice partners, negotiating and closing partnership agreements, and giving those practices access to our services and alternative revenue streams that complement their existing operations and business model.

This includes sourcing leads, qualifying prospective partners, developing supporting materials, supporting collaborative diligence, meeting with prospective physician partners, assisting with the negotiation of contracts with physician practices, and serving as a long-term contact to providers during and after implementation of the Atlas Care Model. Further, you will be tasked with providing feedback to the clinical and operations teams at Atlas to help incorporate feature improvements in our clinical and engagement models that better respond to the needs and desires of our physician partners.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own the provider partner business development process end-to-end for your territory, from sourcing and qualification through diligence, negotiations, and contracting, for deals ranging from the hundreds of thousands to multiple millions of dollars in contract value
- Build and lead long-term relationships with physician partners in your designated region or area, driving execution of Atlas’ growth strategy
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and clinical teams to align solutions with provider needs
- Track industry trends and competitive dynamics to shape and sharpen pursuit strategy
- Drive refinement of the growth strategy in partnership with the Sr. Director, Provider Growth and members of the executive team, as needed
Territory: The territory is anticipated to span multiple regions, including the Southeast and Midwest. Final territory scope will be discussed during the interview process and may evolve based on business needs.
Reporting: This role will initially report to the Sr. Director, Provider Growth
