Position Summary

The HVAC Controls & System Integration Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert for proprietary control systems and integration solutions. This role is responsible for system integration testing, lab and field validation, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment of HVAC control solutions in the North American market.

This position requires both strong technical depth and the ability to operate in a consultative and leadership capacity across internal teams, distribution partners, and Global HQ.

Key Responsibilities

- System Integration & Technical Leadership

- Lead system integration testing for HVAC control systems, gateways, and cloud-connected platforms.

- Establish and manage lab environments to replicate field conditions and troubleshoot system-level issues.

- Capture and analyze communication logs (BACnet, Modbus, RS485, UART, etc.) for root cause analysis.

- Support integrated validation of cloud-based HVAC control platforms.

- Controls Communication & Interface Optimization

- Verify Point Lists and communication interfaces between HVAC equipment and BAS systems.

- Troubleshoot serial communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, BACnet).

- Optimize system interoperability and compatibility across devices and networks.

- HQ & Cross-Regional Collaboration

- Serve as primary technical liaison between North America and Global HQ (Korea).

- Communicate technical findings, market needs, and validation results clearly and effectively in Korean and English.

- Proactively gather knowledge from HQ to strengthen U.S. operations.

- Product Application & Pre-/Post-Sales Support

- Support pre-sales technical assessments and on-site control system evaluations.

- Develop application guidelines, technical documentation, and training materials.
