The Team

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the largest alternative asset managers. Technology is central to Man’s business strategy, and we are constantly evolving to stay ahead. Our culture embraces change and innovation, with engineering at the heart of our operating platform.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build and evolve our order-management systems. The role spans C#/.NET services and a React/TypeScript application, with significant work on the trader-facing front end. You do not need to be a front-end specialist, but you should enjoy working across the stack and be willing to develop your skills where needed. Curiosity, ownership and collaboration matter to us: you will learn a complex architecture and trading domain, work closely with colleagues across a global team, and have access to advanced AI development tools and integrations to support your day-to-day work.

You will collaborate with skilled engineers and build knowledge of financial markets and order management while working on meaningful technical challenges.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions - from requirements gathering and architecture design to development, testing, and production deployment

- Own and drive long-term technical initiatives and architectural improvements across systems

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

- Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable design patterns
