2nd Shift — Weekend Sergeant / Truck Gate - Rover Officer

📍 Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri

💰 $18.50 Truck Gate- Rover, $21.00 Weekend Sergeant

🕐 2nd Shift (40 Hours) Weekend Sergeant = 1:00pm-9:00pm Saturday & Sunday Truck Gate - Rover= 1:00pm - 9:00pm Monday thru Wednesday (Thursday & Friday Off)

Looking for passionate, skilled professionals to join our team. Must be reasonably physically fit and able to stand and walk for periods of time.

Responsibilities

- Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures

- Observe and report all suspicious activity

- Follow the Emergency Action and Communication Plans and all Standard Operating Procedures for emergencies

- Maintain compliance with Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism and Foreign Trade Zone (where applicable)

- Completes incident reports as required

- Attend weekly, monthly meetings as requested by Security Management

- Conduct interviews/hiring

- Conduct post inspections

- Create training schedules for new hire officers

- Determine new hire requirements and training requirements

- Ensure that all contracted hours of coverage are met

- Ensure that all regulatory compliance and records are available to CSEM

- Participate in site and community events and training that supports facility initiatives

- Provide instruction and guidance for all officers

- Recruit, staff, and train in accordance with CSEM requirements

- Supervise the team and daily operations

- Completes officer time sheets and payroll

- Coordinates officer supply/uniform needs

- Coordinates officer vacation/time-off requests

- Coordinates fleet maintenance program
