Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity

We're doing an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company that already has an audience of 100M+ people. This is a zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints. You're not joining to maintain someone else's code. You're here to build the experiences that define what the Beast community can do beyond watching content, from user accounts and home page to e-commerce flows that convert at scale. You'll work across the full stack, frontend and backend, leveraging AI to ship features at a speed that wasn't possible before.

The Product

You'll be working, as part of a small and fast-moving team, on the product surfaces that every user touches: account, home page, and e-commerce. These aren't isolated features. They form the connective tissue of the entire experience, and they need to work flawlessly across a wide range of devices, network conditions, and user contexts. That means:

- User-facing surfaces (account flows, home page, checkout, and purchase experiences) that must be fast, reliable, and conversion-optimized across devices.

- A frontend that feels seamless whether a user is on a flagship iPhone or a mid-range Android on a slow network.

- An e-commerce flow where performance directly impacts revenue: every second of load time and every friction point in checkout has a measurable cost.

What You'll Do

- Build and ship user-facing features across account, home page, and e-commerce surfaces using AI coding tools, contributing to a velocity that redefines what a small engineering team can deliver.

- Take ownership of your features end to end, from development through release, using AI-facilitated QA processes and tooling to maintain high engineering quality.

- Care about performance — page load times, checkout conversion, crash rates, and render latency are numbers you track and actively work to improve.

- Collaborate closely with your teammates, contributing to a culture of high standards, fast iteration, and continuous learning.
