The ideal candidate will have experience working with IAM systems, a strong technical background in operations and reliability engineering, and a passion for driving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve platform stability, security, availability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

IAM Operations & Engineering

- Build, maintain, and optimize global IAM services, assessing system performance and contributing to technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated by customers, support teams, and engineers.

- Support the alignment of IAM infrastructure with current and future business requirements.

- Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Hands-on experience administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting ForgeRock Access Management (AM/IDM/DS/IG).

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve operational excellence.

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system architecture, resiliency, and scalability.

- Implement automation solutions to reduce operational overhead and improve reliability.

- Drive initiatives to enhance system security, reliability, availability, and performance.
