About the role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in software development with one or more general-purpose programming languages (C++, Java, Go, Python) and designing and building large-scale distributed systems or database technologies. * 2 years of experience in a people management role or with direct experience in leading teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience coaching and mentoring engineers in developing their skills and careers. * Quickly understand tradeoffs between technical options, communicate options and risk to a wide variety of audiences. * Lead and moderate discussions and resolve disagreement.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
