You will:

Deep Technical Execution

- Serve as the primary hands-on builder for the most complex platform and tooling problems the DevX team takes on.

- Drive complex, high-impact projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.

- Balance architectural ideals against delivery timelines and team maturity, making pragmatic tradeoffs.

- Architecture & Technical Influence

- Shape and constructively challenge technical direction across the team, offering credible alternatives grounded in hands-on experience.
