Senior DevOps Engineer

The Mission

Our customer is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

- Provision and manage test and development environments for engineering and QA, including on-demand environments.

- Design and maintain site-to-site connectivity across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OVH, including VPN tunnels, routing, and DNS.

- Build and deploy infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OVH, including Proxmox-based virtualization.

- Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters, using ArgoCD for GitOps-driven deployments.

- Build, host, and maintain internal tools and services, as well as PostgreSQL databases backing internal services.

- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to cut build and deploy times and remove friction for developers.

- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.

- Run observability on the Grafana stack and troubleshoot performance and availability issues.

- Support internal authentication and SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).

- Apply security best practices across infrastructure, support compliance efforts, and automate operational tasks to reduce manual toil.

- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams.

Who You Are

- You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

- You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.

- You have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.

- You hold a BA/BS in a technical or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

- You have strong networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, CIDR planning, routing, firewalls, and DNS) and hands-on experience with site-to-site VPNs (IPsec or WireGuard) across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OVH).

- You bring strong Linux administration skills, including self-managed hosts and hypervisors (Proxmox, KVM, or similar).

- You have deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed), alongside proficiency with Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform.

- You have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
