As a Software Engineering Manager - Test Platform, you will lead SentinelOne's SaaS Test Platform Service team, setting operational objectives, work plans, and quality strategy for quality of SentinelOne SaaS services on the Singularity platform. You will manage and grow a team of automation and software engineers, translating company and organizational strategy into test frameworks, tools and services that improve developer experience and product quality, while building a culture of excellence at SentinelOne. You will manage clear team goals while championing continuous learning, technical depth, and best practices in test standards and automation. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and other managers and directors to ensure high quality standards for testing and coverage of SentinelOne products and services.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

- Establish operational objectives, work plans, and quality strategy for ensuring quality in code through all phases of the software development lifecycle, and implement policies that affect the development team's operations.

- Manage and grow a team of test automation and software engineers, delegating assignments, setting performance expectations, and holding regular performance and career development discussions.
