The Challenge

Take-Two Interactive, Inc., a leader in the interactive entertainment industry, is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join a team responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in SQL-based data analysis, has experience with Tableau Server/Online Administration. If you are self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, can communicate data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, have a strong eye for design of dashboards and data sources and are excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of data, design, and emerging AI/NLP technologies, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Take On

- Maintain and administer Tableau Server as a platform.

- Build and optimize Tableau data sources, including live connections and scheduled extracts, ensuring high availability and rapid load performance.

- Write, tune, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.

- Partner with business teams, product managers, and analysts to translate complex requirements into scalable BI solutions that support a mix of strategic, tactical and operational reporting to ensure intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that inform product and business decisions.

- Define and enforce data visualization standards, naming conventions, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across all BI deliverables.

- Evaluate and implement emerging AI and NLP tools, including Amazon Q, to enhance self-service analytics and natural language querying capabilities for business users.
