Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable OutSystems applications. You will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and remain hands-on in development while working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead teams of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large scale OutSystems applications

- Expected to be hands-on and develop key components of web and mobile applications development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption

- Investigate and resolve issues and perform end-to-end investigation and fixes

- Be able to manage customers, hold solution discussions and communicate effectively

- Understand technology areas beyond application development to propose robust solutions (e.g. hardware, network, integrating to third party software)

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in application development and 3 years in technical lead role

- Proficient in .NET or Java, and database modelling and SQL

- Proficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS

- Experience in OutSystems Platform will be a strong advantage

- Willing to pick up new technologies quickly and independently

- Good team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
