About You:
- You’re hands-on and service-oriented, as comfortable resolving a support ticket as leading a strategic project.
- You find root causes and reduce impact quickly.
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues, and you own projects from scoping through delivery.
- You’re comfortable with AI and automation tools, and you balance day-to-day support with longer-term strategic work.
What skills do I need?
- 4+ years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, and network management
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, directory services, device trust) and enterprise device management across macOS, Windows, and Linux
- Strong networking and security fundamentals: enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, network hardware, and IT security best practices
- Experience with scripting, automation, and AI tools
- Nice to have: infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, or similar), or relevant networking, security, or cloud certifications
- Nice to have: compliance experience (SOC 2, NIS2, or similar) and high-growth startup experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and improve identity and access management systems, including authentication policies, device trust, and automated onboarding and offboarding for accurate, timely access.
- Manage office network infrastructure (secure wireless, VPN, and hardware) across global offices, and implement security controls that protect the network and connected systems.
- Oversee the device management platform, keeping configurations and policies consistent across device types and the full device lifecycle.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for critical IT systems (identity, devices, network, and core SaaS), with centralized alerting and runbooks so any team member can triage independently.
