Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps team. You'll own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and work closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders across multiple geographies.

This role is as much about people leadership as it is technical depth. We need someone who has already built and led high-performing infrastructure teams — someone comfortable setting direction, developing engineers, managing cross-geography stakeholders, and communicating clearly with leadership.

Responsibilities

- Manage and lead an engineering team building and operating our platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and site reliability functions.

- Provide technical oversight, architectural direction, and code/design reviews while maintaining the team's technical standards.

- Take responsibility for the professional development of their direct reports

- Own core cloud platform reliability and disaster recovery, while empowering application teams with the tools, observability, and operational standards needed to own their service health.

- Keep cost efficiency in mind when making infrastructure decisions.

- Partner with stakeholders across geographies and time zones to align on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.

- Set monitoring and observability standards using telemetry tools to proactively surface and resolve issues.

- Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual toil and improve system reliability.

- Oversee design and management of CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, frequent software delivery.

- Maintain team-wide compliance with industry security standards, including HITRUST and SOC 2.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering, including 3+ years in a formal people management role.

- Experience managing distributed or remote teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
