- Manage supplier quotations and development costs, monitoring against target costs and budgets and flagging potential deviations or optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate sample logistics, shipments, deliveries and transfers, maintaining clear visibility on status and location throughout the process.
- Manage supplier invoices and track related expenses, ensuring alignment with quotations, developments and assigned budgets.
- Maintain accurate costing, expense, development and tracking files, and keep relevant product information updated in Centric PLM.
- Support BOMs, specifications, costing information and technical documentation, ensuring approvals and supplier updates are properly documented.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production and Product Development teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential delays, cost issues or development challenges to the Product Development Manager.
- Support efficient ways of working and continuous improvement across the product development process.

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple developments, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous experience with Centric PLM is required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, particularly when working with costs, quotations, invoices and budgets.
- Clear supplier communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail, product quality and accuracy, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international environment.
