Integration Engineer 4 - Storage Engineer

What You’ll Do:

- Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios

- Continuously improve software engineering practices

- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies

- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions

- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal and external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity

- Lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale integrations across multiple systems, data sources, and platforms

- Serve as the technical integration lead for major initiatives, partnering with software, data and infrastructure teams to ensure interoperability and performance

- Define integration standards, patterns, and best practices that guide implementation across teams

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations

- At least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Storage Engineer in an enterprise environment.

- 5+ years of experience with block, file and object storage, and storage virtualization across at least two major vendor ecosystems (IBM, NetApp, Dell/EMC, Pure Storage)

- 5+ years of experience with Fibre Channel iSCSI, NFS, SMB or another storage protocol

- 2+ years of experience with scripting languages for automation (Ansible, Bash)

- Experience with enterprise data protection solutions (NetBackup or Commvault), disaster recovery and multi-site replication.

- 5+ years of experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- 3+ years of experience developing or supporting API-based integrations using scripting or orchestration tools (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, MuleSoft)
