- Lead R&D and Validation teams with technical guidelines, ongoing support, and thorough reviews of build and test plans.
- Collaborate closely with architects across Chip Build, Firmware, Hardware Platforms, and System teams.
- Partner with product marketing, program managers, and account managers to drive successful project execution.
- Lead engagements with key customers in groundbreaking edge-technology fields.
- Drive innovation through Proof-of-Concept (PoC) developments, patents, white papers, and active participation in industry forums and working groups.
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ overall years in embedded networking software development, with 5+ years as a Software Architect accountable for major modules.
- Expert-level knowledge of Ethernet/IP, network topologies, and networking features across data center, telco, or edge networks.
- Strong foundation in embedded software development and operating system fundamentals.
Innovation & Research: Proven track record of researching and integrating new technologies into practical applications.
- Demonstrated project leadership, ownership, and accountability.
Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication with a proven ability to build consensus across large organizations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
