Role
We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own end-to-end customer rollouts of Karumi: configuring, deploying, and operating our AI agent in real customer environments.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone early in their career with strong technical instincts who enjoys troubleshooting and wants deep exposure to how modern AI products get implemented and operated in production.
Location: New York, NY (will consider candidates physically in the San Francisco Bay Are and in Madrid, Spain, particularly if open to relocation)
What you’ll do
- Roll out Karumi for new customers: setup, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance
- Perform QA and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and a great end-user experience
- Adapt Karumi to different customer workflows, UIs, and edge cases
