We’re bringing a Cursor-like experience to Google Docs so teams and individuals can think, write, and iterate faster, right inside the editor.

About the role

We’re looking for a young, ambitious Founding Engineer who ships high-quality, fast code and cares deeply about users. You’ll work across the stack (backend and frontend) to deliver features quickly, fix critical bugs, and make the product feel instant.

You’ll own real product decisions, talk to users, and ship work that directly moves retention, revenue, and engagement.

How were different

Google is a $2.4 trillion company that built Gemini and Google Docs, yet they still haven’t created anything close to what we’ve built. With VibeLearn, you can edit, refine, and research directly inside Docs — seamlessly. Grammarly, fresh off a $1 billion raise and valued at $10 billion, can’t do this either.

What you’ll do

- Ship features that drive retention, MRR, and user engagement

- Hunt down bugs, improve core performance, and harden systems

- Talk to users, iterate quickly, and build what they actually need

- Take ownership end to end, from idea to deploy
