Alphawatch is a YC-backed company building AI products for finance and investment professionals. Our current focus is Rolo (rolo.space), a relationship intelligence agent that maps weighted second-degree networks across LinkedIn, email, calendar, and messaging apps to surface warm introduction paths.
Rolo sits above a customer's existing CRM as an intelligence layer. Our thesis is simple: no one else has the incentive and the access to map relationship graphs across LinkedIn, personal communications, and enterprise tools at once. For the people who do business through relationships (PE investors, capital raisers, bankers, brokers) that graph is the missing input to almost every deal.
We're SOC 2 Type II compliant, live with early enterprise customers, and growing fast.
The role
We're hiring a founding engineer in person in SF. You'll work directly with the founder on the core product: the network graph, the data pipelines that build it, the agent that drafts and sends outreach, and the integrations (HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn-adjacent data providers) that keep it fed with signal.
