Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

In this role you will...

- Embed yourself into the client workflow to identify problems and oportunites

- Build the team of forward deployed engineers

- Develop solutions using Rebolt to automate phone calls, email, and messaging systems

- Lead technical implementations and ensure smooth integration with customer systems and data sources

- Build custom integrations connecting our platform to freight management systems, CRMs, and databases

- Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing optimization

- Collaborate with engineering to feed customer insights back into product development

- Have engineering background with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- You’re proficient in Python and Typescript

- Have experience with APIs & integrations including REST, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT

- Can translate complex technical concepts into clear language for customers and stakeholders
