WHY WE’RE HIRING

As Feathery grows, both the complexity of our backend systems and the sophistication of our frontend product experience are increasing.

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale core product capabilities end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features across the stack — from designing APIs and backend systems to crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to ship impactful features and shape the overall architecture of the platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-ownership role that blends:

- Full stack product development (frontend + backend)

- System design and API development

- UI/UX implementation and performance optimization

- Cross-functional collaboration with product and design

You’ll zoom out to influence system architecture and zoom in to deliver polished, end-to-end product experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

FULL STACK PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

- Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems

- Develop APIs and services that power core product functionality

- Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces

- Own features from concept through production

BACKEND SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE

- Build and scale backend services for workflow automation and data processing

- Develop asynchronous pipelines and distributed systems for handling large volume of data

- Work with AWS services and queueing systems (e.g., SQS) to support scalable infrastructure
