Position Overview
Weʼre seeking a principal software engineer who is passionate, experienced and skilled, versatile, and customer-and business- oriented. In this role, we will also need someone who is full-stack and polyglot (see specific technologies below). This is a critical technical leadership role. As a principal engineer you will define the technical direction of our forecasting product, allowing us to scale and mentoring other engineers. You will also operate as a primary technical authority across multidisciplinary teams, partnering tightly with customers, partners and especially internal stakeholders, translating fundamental needs into technological solutions that drive the business.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product and executive leadership to inform and implement company strategy. Work with internal stakeholders such as Product and UX to rapidly distill initially ambiguous requirements into concrete and actionable plans
- Be a strong, hands-on contributor delivering code and features day-to-day
- Drive technical strategy and architecture for our product across all engineering domains
