Larian Studios is looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Security Engineer to help strengthen and support the security posture of our global studio environment.
This role is ideal for someone early in their cybersecurity career who wants exposure to infrastructure security, vulnerability management, monitoring, and operational security within the gaming industry.
You will work closely with IT, infrastructure, and development teams to support security operations, investigate threats, improve security controls, and help maintain best practices across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications
- Support the deployment and operation of security tools across multiple systems and environments
- Perform security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and assist with log analysis to detect incidents and threats
- Support technical security audits and help provide actionable recommendations
- Assist in maintaining secure baseline configurations for Windows and Linux systems
- Participate in incident handling and escalation procedures
