This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Developer Lead (.NET + Angular) based in Brazil.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Developer Lead to drive the development of a next-generation Global Trade Management SaaS platform. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping architectural decisions, establishing engineering best practices, and guiding a distributed development team. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you will collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into impactful technical solutions. You will also embrace an AI-first development approach, leveraging emerging tools and technologies to improve productivity, innovation, and software quality. Accountabilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex SaaS applications using .NET, C#, VB.NET, and Angular.

- Drive technical and architectural decisions, including platform selection, coding standards, design patterns, and implementation strategies.

- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in collaboration with a distributed engineering team.

- Contribute throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment.

- Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and provide constructive technical feedback.

- Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.

- Oversee development estimates, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and design effective application solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to management and contribute to the long-term technology strategy and development of new products.

- Apply an AI-first approach across software development lifecycle activities, exploring agentic AI tools and innovative engineering practices.

- Encourage continuous improvement and technical innovation through experimentation and dedicated innovation time.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of software development experience across multiple programming languages, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- 5+ years of experience developing software within the Global Trade industry, particularly in logistics, customs, or supply chain management.

- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, particularly C# and VB.NET.
