This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to combine technical leadership, architectural innovation, and hands-on engineering in a collaborative technology environment.
Accountabilities: - Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js).
- Define and implement technical architecture and development standards, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define, design, develop, and deliver new application features.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams, promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure architectural integrity, code quality, scalability, and maintainability throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards, development guidelines, and quality assurance practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance, scalability, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to support application deployment, infrastructure management, and scalability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve architectural solutions and development practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, application architecture, or a related technical role.
- Proven expertise in MEAN Stack technologies, including MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing, managing, and optimizing DevOps processes, tools, and practices.
