We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Platform Engineer to join our team and work on a long-term project with a leading financial institution in Argentina.🐶🚀 You will build the governed access layer that lets applications, APIs, AI agents, and MCPs consume data and capabilities securely, with full traceability and reusability, moving from direct data access to governed Data Services and Data Products, and connecting Databricks with the AI architecture of the organization.

Responsibilities 🤓 - Design the data access architecture for applications, APIs, AI agents, and MCPs on top of Databricks.

- Define secure, reusable patterns for exposing data and capabilities (Data Services, APIs, SQL, functions, and MCP).

- Implement authentication and authorization that preserve the identity, context, and permissions of each consumer.

- Integrate access layers with Unity Catalog, policies, masking, and governance controls.

- Design Data Products and Data Services with clear contracts and versioning.

- Ensure traceability and auditability of users, services, agents, and the resources they query.

- Integrate Databricks with models, agents, APIs, and internal or external platforms.

- Build reusable components that accelerate new AI initiatives.

- Define Data-to-AI standards together with the Architecture, Security, and Governance teams.
