As part of Tech @ Ro, you’ll work on systems that operate at scale, with an opportunity to:

- Solve complex, high-concurrency problems across a full-stack platform

- Build and ship quickly with tight feedback loops and real-world impact

- Own systems end-to-end, from architecture to production performance

- Work alongside experienced operators, technical leaders, and clinicians

What You'll Do - Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new features across our patient and provider web experiences, which support millions of members and the providers who care for them

- Build realtime, visually engaging, intuitive interfaces that help patients seamlessly achieve their health goals and enable providers to deliver care efficiently and safely

- Operate as an owner within your team's domain, proactively assessing and improving application performance, accessibility, and reliability

- Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization

- Actively contribute to the team's architectural vision and technical roadmap

- Collaborate on code reviews and technical design documents to ensure consistent application of best practices across the frontend platform

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers from adjacent teams to influence the roadmap and ship cohesive, high-quality experiences

- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability of production systems

What You'll Bring to the Team - Demonstrated experience building accessible, visually engaging web applications with an eye for intuitive user-facing experiences

- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, plus a strong grasp of UI architecture, and client-side performance
