Software Engineer (Java/Python)

We are seeking an experienced engineer II with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and messaging services like RabbitMQ. Knowledge of Groovy/Grails is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality software solutions and a keen interest in cutting-edge technologies

WHAT YOU BRING - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong experience with microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of messaging services like RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with Groovy/Grails is a plus. ○ Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

- Contribute to the design and implementation of multi-agent AI workflows.

- Work with foundation models (GPT, Claude, Llama) to build domain- specific AI features.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Software Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot. Implement microservices architecture to build scalable and resilient systems.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

System Design and Architecture:

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new and existing systems.

- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to ensure the scalability and reliability of applications.

Cloud and Containerization:

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Use Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

Messaging Services:

- Implement and manage messaging services like RabbitMQ to ensure reliable and efficient communication between microservices.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the software meets requirements and is bug-free.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

Documentation:

- Document the design, architecture, and development processes.
