Position Summary:
The Infrastructure Technician will be responsible for assisting in designing, implementing, and maintaining both the network and server infrastructure that supports our manufacturing processes. This role involves managing network and server systems, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining high levels of security, reliability, and scalability.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and deployment of network solutions to support manufacturing operations, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN
- Design, configure, and deploy server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions
- Monitor and maintain network and server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades as needed
- Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and ensure high availability of critical systems
