Work you'll do

As a Manager, Technical Transformation on the GPS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:

* Designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement * Translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform * Building and customizing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities * Collaborating with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities * Troubleshooting defects, supporting testing activities, and maintaining technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor’s degree * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance * 5+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform * 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and platform customization * Experience developing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features within ServiceNow * Ability to work on-site in Mclean, VA up to 5 days per week * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
