The Role

Join Intel as a Software Performance Engineer and help optimize the next generation of computing platforms. In this role, you will work across software and hardware layers to analyze, benchmark, and improve system performance. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to identify opportunities for optimization and develop solutions that help customers maximize the value of Intel technologies.

This position is well-suited for engineers who are passionate about software development, system performance, and emerging technologies including AI, cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and client platforms.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Optimize cross-stack software to enhance Intel platform performance across various technology segments.

- Analyze and benchmark platform performance, including power, security, responsiveness, and system-level measurement methodologies.

- Develop KPIs and KEIs to evaluate platform performance and ensure measurable outcomes.

- Collaborate with customers and partners as a trusted technical advisor to identify opportunities that showcase Intel technology.

- Understand partner and customer software stacks to provide meaningful insights and influence roadmaps for Intel platforms.

- Drive innovation by applying expertise in both software and hardware optimization to create impactful solutions.
