What you'll do:

As a Distinguished Engineer in the Agentic Care Tech domain, you’ll operate at the intersection of scale, complexity, and impact. You’ll drive the technology vision and architecture for our Agentic Care Tech teams, including Self Serve, Agent Experience, Contact Centre as a Platform, and Agentic Insight Harness—spanning frontend and backend and Agentic AI capabilties. Your leadership will enable world-class engineering solutions for hundreds of millions of customers across multiple countries and markets.

- Agentic AI Architecture: Define and drive the enterprise Agentic AI architecture, designing scalable, secure, and resilient multi-agent systems that enable autonomous reasoning, orchestration, and execution across complex business workflows.

- Architect for Scale: Design and evolve the technical architecture for highly scalable microservices and modern frontend applications (React, Node.js, GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot, NoSQL, Kafka, Azure) and handling data at scale

- Drive Cross-Domain Vision: Set and align architectural direction across Cart, Checkout, Promotions, Order Amends, and Platform, ensuring seamless integration and a unified customer experience.

- Lead by Influence: Guide and mentor principal engineers, architects, and managers. Be a trusted advisor, shaping best practices, technical direction, and major design decisions.

- Foster Engineering Excellence: Build frameworks, standards, and tools that raise the bar for code quality, reliability, and operational excellence across all teams.

- Champion Innovation: Lead technical explorations, evaluate emerging technologies, and incubate solutions that future-proof our business.
