Our Team
The Productivity Experience Engineering (PXE) Software Engineering team plays a vital role in developing internal solutions to streamline employee productivity. Our goal is to make employees' daily activities frictionless and nurture their overall experience, subsequently saving Netflix time and money.
About You
You are an individual who thrives on independence, has a passion for creating high-quality products, and can form close work partnerships with engineers, product managers, and designers. You are adept at problem-solving, enjoy a challenge, and have experience building scalable, high-performing applications. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and, most importantly, you have experience with back-end technologies, GenAI, LLMs, and possibly even applying them to enterprise problems.
