WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- You want ownership, leverage, and responsibility from day one.

- Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design

- Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems

- Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness

- Relevant experience shipping full-stack product (ideally one of the below) - Building polished React / Next.js interfaces - Owning backend API routes and data flows across Firebase, Elasticsearch, Redis, Stripe - Building large-scale data pipelines using LLMs
