About the Team
Our team, Agentic Creation – TikTok Effect Platform (TTEP) nurtures TikTok's global ceration ecosystem by covering TikTok creation businesses across the creation tools, website and TikTok app. We are responsible for creator's acquisition, activation, retention and we establish the whole platform with multiple key modules, e.g. rewards, inspiration, activity, analytics and badge, inside the major landing scenarios mentioned above. What's more, we are actively building AI agents along with operation platform and supporting key agentic product iterations to improve operational efficiency and the overall experience in creation. Our team's mission is to become the world's most influential asset creation and expression platform. Currently, the engineering team is fully close-looped in the US. As a software engineer at TTEP, you will participate in fullstack systems that include large‑scale frontend, backend, big data pipelines and AI Agent infrastructure. You will closely work with product managers, product ops and data scientists on project delivery and make contributions to business metrics, not limited to publish rate, viral supply and creator retention.
