About the Role The ByteDance E-Commerce Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a high-impact development journey designed for outstanding MBA and Master’s graduates who are ready to accelerate their careers in one of the world’s fastest-growing e-commerce ecosystems. From Day 1, you will join as a full-time employee and rotate across key business areas over 18 to 24 months. Through these rotations, you will gain hands-on operating experience, solve real business challenges, and gain broad exposure across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects. This program is designed for high-potential early-career talent who aspire to become future business leaders. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, own meaningful projects, and develop the commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to drive growth in a dynamic digital commerce environment.
