About the role
Build and lead a new Systems Firmware engineering team in Bengaluru, India, focused on BMC and BIOS reliability across Oracle’s server fleet. Hire the founding engineers, establish strong technical and operational practices, and shape the team’s strategy—from production firmware support today toward broader responsibility for new server and GPU platforms as the team grows.
